Dorji Sushi To Go in SaarLouis

We had ordered the sushi at 1:30 p.m., mind you, for 7 p.m. ... the sushi was supposed to be delivered. You can only order via the website, since no one answered the phone even after 20 attempts. This fact alone is incomprehensible. When the sushi was still not delivered at 7:30 p.m., I tried to reach someone by phone every 1-2 minutes (30 attempts in total), unfortunately without success. Either it is busy or nobody answers. There was also no reply to my email about the delivery. At 8:30 p.m., 1.5 hours later, the sushi finally arrived (we had already ordered elsewhere in the meantime and then no longer accepted the sushi, which resulted in a characteristic reaction for me: I was told without any objections that they then take the sushi away). When asked about my calls and emails, the woman who had the delivery told me that they didn't have time to answer ... The sushi was always of good quality, but didn't outweigh the absolutely subterranean service in the least. It is with a heavy heart that we will not order anymore, because something like that is no longer possible these days, such a long wait is unacceptable to me.

Great sushi, unfortunately the service is lousy. They cannot be reached by phone, nor is it possible online. You really have to plan a lot of time to be able to order at all.

Food good, service / delivery service a bad joke!

Super fresh and super tasty, anytime again. People who complain about the waiting time should maybe hold their heads ... Absolutely incomprehensible.

I've been a customer since it opened, but the delivery service is the bottom drawer. Usually I always went to pick up my sushi, the waiting time here was always 45 - 90 minutes. Usually no problem with quality and good service. The delivery service, however, is complete mess. When I called, the delivery was announced for in 2 hours, which I had expected. Unfortunately, the order only arrived after 3 hours. Annoying, but no big deal at his favorite sushi restaurant. But then the supplier told me that he didn't know how much I should pay. I calculated it in advance and said the total. The supplier did the math and suddenly it was € 4 more. Which is quite a lot for food worth actually 30 €. Well it happened. Perhaps prices have gone up and the website hasn't been updated yet. The supplier also took an extremely long time to calculate the whole thing, which was very annoying since warm food was also delivered. When I wanted to eat my momo, however, I was deeply disappointed. The dough balls stuck to the packaging and could only be removed with force. Whereby the packaging got stuck on the momos. (See photo) Not edible. After 3 errors in one day, this will also be my last order.

I am the delivery man

We always loved ordering sushi at Dorji. But what happened today, unfortunately, doesn't work at all. We ordered sushi for € 140. When I got home I noticed that there was no sushi. Then I called and I was told on the phone that it would be delivered. An hour goes by ... two hours go by ... of course, tried to call in between but either busy or nobody answered. Then after three hours I went there myself to say a few words. Never again!

I absolutely love the Sushi here. There's a lot of dishes to choose from and for the price, the food quality is amazing. On weekends, I recommend placing an order online via e-mail a day or two earlier because it gets very busy.

Online order time was from 5 p.m. The order was placed at 5:25 pm. Half an hour later I got a call that the food wasn't ready to be picked up until 8:45 p.m. As a customer, I ask myself whether they'll go shopping then. The lady on the phone was also very rude. Very bad organization, with over 3 hours waiting time! We will never order here again!

WATCH OUT!!! No meal in the world is worth more than FOUR HOURS of waiting! The other critics are right: at some point there is no longer an answer if you want to ask or even turn off. The organization and work structure of the company are underground. Then it would be better to stop recording and instead satisfy the existing customers.

Incredibly brazen. Order confirmation sent but the food never delivered. Really called over 30 times but nobody answers. I can only advise everyone against ever ordering there!

Best sushi in Saarland Unbeatable!!! Waiting times are justified as everything is freshly prepared! It's not an all you can eat restaurant! Clearly differs in quality!

Food tastes very good, but unfortunately we waited 2 1/2 hours for the food and someone answered the phone after the third attempt. Better to go pick it up if you order something there.

Dorji is the number one contact when it comes to sushi in Saarlouis. Super delicious, always freshly prepared and the taste is absolutely amazing. If you haven't tried sushi there, you've definitely missed something ... I can only recommend it !!!

Sushi tastes good, soft, fresh, the price is medium, can order, the service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is small, but the room layout is pretty and clean.

The sushi highlight in Saarlouis. Super quality, great selection and very friendly and uncomplicated service! The lengthy waiting times criticized by some are negligible given the quality of the sushi. Nothing falls apart, everything is nicely arranged and the ratio of fish to rice is very good. Keep it up!
